How heavy are my plants? 

• Most of our plants, including hellebores, are in 3 litre pots and we are usually able to send up to eight plants, depending on the size of the top growth, within our 20kg allowance.
• We can also allow up to twelve plants in standard 1 litre pots within our 20kg allowance.
• We can send one tree up to 2metres tall within our 20kg allowance.
• Weights may vary due to moisture content of the growing medium, container size and the time of year.

Small Plants

Special delivery rates apply for the following plants:
cyclamen, snowdrops, hepaticas, lewisias, primula auricula, alpines and heathers.

How to Order

• Print out the relevant order form.
• Select the plants or seeds that you require, indicating quantity required and price.
• Indicate with an asterisk (*) any possible substitutes that you would be happy to receive.
• Add the correct postage and packing.
• Provide all details requested: name, address, card details, specific instructions etc.
• Complete the order summary box and total up the amount of your order.
• If paying by cheque, please read our advice on 'How to pay by cheque' and remember to enclose your cheque with your order!
• Return the form by post or fax.

Payment

• All major credit cards are accepted apart from American Express.
• We accept cheques from the U.K. but they must be undated and made out to a limited amount. For more details on paying by cheque please click here.
• Due to the high cost of bank handling charges for international cheques we can only accept payment from international customers by credit cards.  We do not except American Express or JCB cards.
